1). Sales & Marketing Executive

Education Graduate / Diploma in Arts, Management or Humanities Skills & Knowledge Skills in Sales & Marketing, Communication. Experience 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing Reports To Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities • Make sales calls with the objective of acquiring new and additional business for Visas & Excursions • Identify new business leads from other travel agents. • Visit potential customers for new business • Provide customers with quotations • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations • Identify new markets and business opportunities • Record sales and send copies to the sales office • Review your own sales performance • Responsible for Collecting all the payments from the Clients

2). Operation Assistant – Inbound Tours

Bachelor’s degree in travel or tourism or Higher Secondary diploma/degree. Hospitality Skills. Communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Dubai Travel Spots Knowledge. Min.1-2 years travel industry experience Operation manager • Arranging Transfers, Hotel Booking & Tour arrangements for clients. • Collecting and processing payments • Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports • Keeping clients up to date with any changes. • Dealing with complaints or refunds. • Follow up with Drivers/ Tour Guides. • Re-confirm the tours with the Clients. • Update day to day operations. • Maintaining Hotel Contracted Rates up to date. • Coordinate with Hotel / Suppliers. • Issuing Tickets & Hotel Booking • Advising Clients for good packages

3). Ticketing & Holidays Consultant

Education: Bachelor’s degree in travel or tourism or high school diploma degree Skills & Knowledge: Sabre Airline reservation system preferred, but other airline system knowledge acceptable. Proficiency in Outbound Holidays will be an added advantage. Experience: Min. 2-3 years outbound holidays & travel industry experience is a must Reports To: Department Manager Responsibilities: • Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services. • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations. • Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers. • Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees. • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages. • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds. • Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends. • Enter data into our software and maintain client files. • Network with tour operators. • Maintain statistical and financial records. • Meet profit and sales targets.
